* Processing times provided by us are estimates based on standard operational procedures and may vary due to governmental policies, system updates, or additional documentation requests.

4. Fees, Payments & Invoicing

* Service Fees: Fees for advisory, licensing, and accounting outsourcing will be specified in your individual invoice or service agreement.

* Government Fees: All official government charges, registration fees, taxes, and statutory levies are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

* Refunds: Due to the customized nature of business advisory and corporate setup work, professional service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or filings have been submitted to authorities.
