Because our services involve direct professional labor, customized advisory work, and third-party administrative filings, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which we handle refunds, cancellations, and credits.

1. General Policy Overview

* Professional Services: Our professional service fees cover the time, expertise, document preparation, and administrative labor required to process your requests. Once work has commenced, these fees are generally non-refundable.

* Government & Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid directly or indirectly to government ministries (e.g., MISA, Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, SPL), certification bodies (e.g., ISO auditors), or notary portals are non-refundable once submitted to the respective authority.

2. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your engagement:

 Prior to Work Commencement  Eligible for Partial / Full Refund  If a cancellation request is submitted before any drafting, advisory work, or file preparation begins, you are eligible for a refund of professional fees, minus a 10% administrative/payment processing fee. 

 Work in Progress (Drafting / Preparation)  Partial Refund or Credit  If drafting, document review, or file preparation has begun but has not yet been submitted to authorities, we will calculate the billable hours/work completed. We may refund any unused portion or issue it as a service credit. 

 Submitted to Authorities / Regulators  Non-Refundable  Once an application (CR, MISA, Tasnif, VAT, etc.) has been lodged with government portals, professional and government fees are strictly non-refundable. 

 Completed / Delivered Services: Non-Refundable. Completed consultations, finalized accounting reports, tax filings, and delivered certifications are non-refundable. 

3. Government Rejections and Delays

* The final decision to approve or reject any application rests solely with the competent government ministries and regulatory authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or relevant jurisdictions.

* Rejection due to changes in government policy, national security vetting, or client-provided inaccuracies/ineligible documentation does not qualify for a refund of professional or statutory fees.

* If a rejection occurs due to a verifiable administrative error solely on our part, we will re-file the application at no additional professional service charge.

4. Accounting & Retainer Subscriptions

* Monthly / Annual Bookkeeping: Retainer fees cover ongoing accounting and compliance availability. Subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

* Prepaid retainer fees for future, unrendered months are refundable on a pro-rata basis. Fees for the current billing cycle during which cancellation is requested are non-refundable.

5. Refund Request Process

To submit a formal refund or cancellation request:

1. Submit Request: Send an email to `support@nayem7.com` with the subject line: `Refund Request - [Your Company Name / Invoice Number]`.

2. Include Details: Provide your full name, registered business name, invoice copy, and the specific reason for your request.

3. Review & Investigation: Our finance and legal team will review your case against the work logs and communicate a decision within 5–7 business days.

4. Payout: Approved refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment (bank transfer or original card) within 10–14 business days, subject to standard banking processing timelines.

6. Modifications to This Policy

Nayem7 Business Solutions reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
